Senior Manager of Healthcare Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee health plan ecosystem implementations and manage program teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful implementation of health plan ecosystem offerings and manage team cohesion

Develop and execute program management plans, maintaining RACI matrix and RAID Log

Proactively manage interdependencies and risks, ensuring high-quality solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical field; 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or Healthcare Management

Master's degree preferred

Experience in managing complex programs and ecosystems

Familiarity with Program Management, Change Management, and SDLC

Healthcare payor experience and experience with Agile tools and methodologies
