Shape safe, welcoming homes across our communities
Picture your morning : you walk a beautifully landscaped property, catching a flickering hallway light before residents even notice. Before lunch, you’ve turned a recently vacated apartment into a move-in–ready home. Later, you respond calmly to an urgent after-hours call, restoring hot water for a family. That mix of preventive care and problem-solving is the heart of this role.
