Pay : $75,000.00 $95,000.00 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to lead field operations and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of MEP trades, and the ability to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC scopes of work.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and manpower with the Project Manager.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
• Monitor project progress, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Work closely with clients, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication.
• Support start-up, testing, and commissioning of systems at project completion.
• Assist with documentation including RFIs, Change Orders, and P.O.s.
• Manage / Schedule Subcontractors.
