Job descriptionFull-time, 4x10 hour shifts (Days : Monday-Friday, 8am-6 : 30pm), with on-call as required New contract position (not an extension) in Interventional Radiology Assess patients’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs prior to procedures Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with multidisciplinary team Provide patient and family education, explanations, and instructions regarding procedures and care Proficient in administering moderate sedation and monitoring patient response Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions Maintain accurate and complete medical records Manage conflicts and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace environment using professional communication Ensure compliance with Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional development Required Certifications / Licensure : Current Illinois RN license, BLS / CPR, and ACLS Experience in a similar acute care or procedural setting (preferred)
