Role Description

IMCOR is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Plumbing Superintendent will oversee daily operations of plumbing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedules. Responsibilities include supervising multiple plumbing crews, coordinating project activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with Plumbing standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage plumbing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Plumbing systems and experience in implementing best practices.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for managing client relationships successfully.
• Understanding of Mechanical and Plumbing installations and standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle project demands.
• Experience in construction industry operations is highly preferred.
