High-Priority Pediatric Home Health Case – Immediate Start

Job Summary

BrightStar Care is hiring an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-priority private duty nursing case in Celebration, FL. This role provides one-on-one care to an 8-month-old infant who requires G-Tube bolus feedings and ongoing nursing support. Additional cases and hours (12–36 / week) are available upon request.

Shift & Location

Celebration, FL

Tuesdays | 7 : 45 AM – 7 : 45 PM (More days of the week are available)

Extra shifts & flexible scheduling available (Part-Time, PRN, Per Diem)

Patient Details

Infant girl (8 months old)

G-Tube (Bolus Feeding)

Diaper changes, monitoring, and standard infant care

Mother works from home; father sleeps during the day due to overnight work

Meet-and-greet required before first shift

Responsibilities

Provide skilled pediatric home health nursing

Administer G-Tube bolus feedings and monitor tolerance

Conduct head-to-toe assessments and document care

Communicate with family and care team

Ensure a safe home environment and respond to emergencies

Support family education and care routines

Requirements

Active Florida RN License (or Compact RN)

Pediatric, Home Health, or Private Duty experience

Experience with G-Tubes strongly preferred

CPR certification, TB test / chest X-ray

Reliable transportation

Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
