岗位职责

前台客户对接

• 负责与债券市场投资者沟通，深入了解客户在信用分析、数据获取及报告生成等方面的需求。
• 定期跟进客户反馈，提供专业建议，确保服务贴合市场需求。

中台方案设计与交付

• 将客户需求转化为可执行、可交付的解决方案，并协调内部资源推动项目落地。
• 协助设计信用分析报告框架、数据产品及服务流程，提升团队服务效率。

后台数据管理与模型建设

• 负责信用相关数据的收集、整理、清洗与更新，确保数据的准确性与时效性。
• 参与信用评级模型的开发、优化与维护，支持内部分析和客户报告生成。
• 利用数据分析工具生成可视化图表及分析表格，为决策提供数据支持。

综合行政支持

• 协助部门完成日常行政事务，包括采购管理、会议组织及内部协调工作。

任职资格

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、统计学、计算机或相关专业优先。

专业知识与技能

• 具备扎实的金融知识，熟悉债券市场、固定收益产品及信用分析基本方法。
• 能够熟练使用Choice、Ifind等金融数据终端，进行数据提取与初步分析。
• 具备良好的数据处理能力，能使用Excel等工具生成专业图表和报告。
• 优先条件： 掌握Python编程，能够利用Python进行数据清洗、分析及可视化。

综合能力

• 优秀的沟通与客户服务意识，能够高效对接内外部需求。
• 逻辑清晰，具备较强的学习能力与团队协作精神。
• 注重细节，能同时处理多项任务，适应快节奏工作环境。
