Seeking qualified Care Partners to join the team on our PM Shift (3pm - 11pm)!

Details about the Care Partner position we are hiring for :

As a Care Partner you will provide direct care assisting residents in their activities of daily living. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility and incontinence care. Additional tasks include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in resident's conditions, interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. Prior experience a plus!
