Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician.Medical license and DEA in State of MichiganStrong clinical skills in general pediatrics, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-upExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative, team-based careComfortable using electronic medical records (EPIC or similar systems preferred)Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based careInterest in participating in quality improvement initiatives, population health, or value-based care models is a plusDuties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include :
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric patients (newborn through adolescence)Conduct well-child visits, acute care visits, and chronic disease management for pediatric patientsPerform routine developmental screenings, immunizations, and preventive careCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists, behavioral health providers, care managers, and nursing staffUtilize EPIC for documentation, care coordination, and quality trackingNo inpatient rounding, hospital call, or delivery attendance requiredMinimal phone-only call shared with group (nurse triage support provided)Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care modelsOpportunity to precept students or residents if desiredSupport from centralized administrative and clinical infrastructure for scheduling, billing, and referrals is providedCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including CME, retirement, and malpractice coverageWe are proud of our commitment to equal employment opportunities for all qualified job candidates and associates, and we ask that all associates support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
