Job Title : E-tail Sales Activities Coordinator

Location : City of Industry, Los Angeles

Pay Range : $20 ~ $30 per hour

Description :

As a crucial part of the E-tail business process at MSI, the E-tail Sales Activities Coordinator needs to ensure all sales demands are well fulfilled. The responsibilities of E-tail Sales Coordinator include processing orders, taking order cancellations / returns for refunds and answer customer’s inquiries in time. To be successful in the position, the ideal candidate must work effectively in a high volume and fast-paced environment. You need to be a detail-oriented team player with patience and can handle the timely pressure well to get the job done.

What you will DO :

• Processing purchase orders in time
• Responding to order-related inquiries from customers on line or on the phone, such as order status and product availability
• Forward irrelevant inquires to other departments
• Responding to order cancellations / returns for refunds
• Working with Shipping department to ensure the order fulfillment and cancellation in time
• Working with shipping service provider to ensure the order delivery and claim the shipping loss when happened
• Working with RMA and Accounting department to ensure the order returns and refunds in time
• Monitoring order deliveries and dealing with possible fraud activities
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at the discretion of management

What you will NEED :

Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of related job experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision

Excellent organizational skills and patience to details

Fluent in English speaking and writing

At least 1-year relevant experience in E-tail sales administration is a plus

Knowledge on computer-related products is a plus
