Express Employment Professionals in Albertville is helping a client in the Maple Lake area in their search for Manufacturing Associates. This is a second shift position where you can enjoy a 3 day weekend! Hours are M-Th 3 : 45pm- 1 : 45am. Starting pay is $20 / hr. There is a $3,000 sign on bonus; $1,000 sign on bonus when hired on, $2,000 after 90 days.

Job Duties :

• As a Manufacturing Associate you will operate heavy machinery, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations
• Shoveling powder
• As a Manufacturing Associate you will be assisting in a team to make molds, trim & inspect the product
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• You will be assisting in a team to make mold and trim the product
• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Ability to lift up to 50# on occasion and in teams
• Good written and oral communication

The starting pay for the Manufacturing Associate is $20 / hr may go higher with experience. There is a $3,000 sign on bonus; $1,000 sign on bonus when hired on by client, $2,000 after 90 days.
