At Telecare's In-Home Outreach Team (IHOT) in San Diego, we're looking for a newly licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) ready to take the next step into leadership. Schedule & Pay
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
Starting Pay : $83,685.70 - $103,382.28 (based on years of relevant experience)
About the IHOT Program
The In-Home Outreach Team (IHOT) provides mobile outreach and engagement throughout San Diego County for adults living with serious mental illness who are resistant to services. IHOT serves as the gatekeeper to Telecare's Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program, assessing individuals under Laura's Law and linking them to the care they need.
Our teams serve 120-150 individuals per quarter , connecting clients to treatment, education, and stability - one home visit at a time.
Minimum Qualifications
Current California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
1+ year of supervisory experience OR completion of supervisory training within 6 months
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance (driving required)
Willingness to use personal or company vehicle for community outreach
