Position Summary

At POLYWOOD, we’re not just crafting sustainable outdoor furniture—we’re building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a CNC Programmer / Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving the productivity and efficiency of our operations by developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs and production documentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about precision, problem-solving, and seeing ideas come to life on the production floor.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CAD / CAM software, including SolidWorks and Mastercam, to design and modify 3D models, generate reliable CNC programs, and collaborate with both engineering and production teams to ensure seamless implementation. You’ll be empowered to trial-run and troubleshoot new programs directly on the CNC equipment, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
