A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding OpenShift technologies
Deliver exceptional customer support through troubleshooting and collaboration with engineering teams
Contribute to knowledge management and assist in resolving multi-vendor customer issues
Required Qualifications
Solid troubleshooting skills and experience in technical support roles
Linux experience at a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) level
Strong knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
Familiarity with OpenShift Container Platform and Software Defined Storage systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
