Shipping Manager, Logistics

We’re looking for a mid-level Shipping Specialist to manage shipping operations and packaging for defense and government-regulated programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants their work to directly support programs that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including ITAR / EAR-controlled exports.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to keep shipments moving smoothly.
• Package and label products to meet regulatory, contractual, and military standards.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade laws (ITAR, EAR, AES, HTS, ECCN, Incoterms).
• Track shipments, monitor carrier performance, and manage freight costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet government contract and delivery milestones.
• Support audits, investigations, and trade compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate shipping and compliance records.
