Job descriptionConnect with prospects through calls and emails to uncover new business opportunities. Build meaningful relationships with prospects while clearly communicating the value of HSI’s products and services. Collect valuable information to qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives. Track and manage activities in Salesforce and Salesloft with precision. Collaborate with team members to share insights and support one another. Meet and exceed monthly targets for setting sales-qualified appointments. Operate with professionalism and integrity, always building trust with prospects and teammates. Experience : 1–2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role. Experience in B2B SaaS (software) is a big plus. Education : High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who meet the role's needs Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce. Strong self-discipline, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. A competitive edge, coachability, and a drive to win. Ability to work independently while being a great team player. You’re proactive and always on the hunt for opportunities to go above and beyond.
