Job descriptionOperate landscaping and hardscaping equipment (powered and non-powered) Read blueprints and specs to build patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and more Work under the guidance of the Lead Technician while developing hands-on skills Use tools with precision—tape measures, levels, and machinery—and safely move materials (50+ lbs) Deliver craftsmanship and pride to every project site Valid PA driver’s license 1–2+ years of relevant field experience Ability to read blueprints and operate hardscape / landscaping machinery Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-driven Physically able to perform outdoor labor and lift 50+ lbs Earnings : $52K-$62K (based on experience) Benefits : Health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, referral program, paid training, company events Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends) Respect & Integrity Craftsmanship & Quality Growth & Continuous Learning Teamwork & Accountability
