Overview

Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced and growing jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with our Inventory, Shipping, and Production teams, assisting with essential day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Support : Tag jewelry pieces accurately and efficiently; help maintain organization of inventory and stock areas; assemble shipping boxes and ring sizers; replenish packing supplies and maintain a tidy shipping station; assist with gift wrapping and final order presentation to meet brand standards.
• Production Support : Count and check in stock received from production houses; assist in picking up jewelry from production houses as needed; wrap and package finished pieces before passing to inventory.

Compensation

$28 / hr
