Caregiver - On-Call

Description

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping with bathing, dressing, or assistance with personal grooming
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Answer call lights
• Work together on a team of caregivers and med techs

Schedules

• We are currently hiring for on-call caregivers with potential to become full time.
• Day Shift 6am-2pm
• Evening Shift 2pm-10pm
• Overnight Shift 10pm-6am

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
• Prior experience providing care to seniors preferred, but not required
