Echo Falls Seafoods Monroe Cold Smoke Facility is in search of full-time Sanitation Person to work our night shift!

We are producers and purveyors of healthy seafood products. Our packing lines are running at full capacity. We need a Sanitation person to help us maintain the cleanliness of our plant and surrounding area! This is a full-time job with benefits.

This is a perfect position for someone that prefers to work nights! Pay starts at $19.50 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Perform nightly sanitation on all production equipment, fillet tables, scales, lines, floors, walls, storage areas, totes, gondolas, containers, and product contact surfaces using pressure water hoses.
• Remove guards and other processing components for sanitizing using lock out tag out procedures.
• Empty all garbage containers in the plant.
• Maintain an accurate inventory on cleaning supplies.
• Perform other clean-up duties, such as washing windows and scrubbing walls and floors in the cooler.

REQUIREMENTS :

Operate a forklift.

We will train you how to operate an electric pallet jack if you do not have experience.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, with routine lifting of 25 lbs. Overtime required as needed depending on production demands.

BONUS PROGRAM :

After 60 days of employment - $500 hiring bonus.

After 90 days of employment - Additional $500 bonus.

There is also a $500 bonus for successful referrals after they've completed 90 days.

Work is performed in the plant. Conditions can be noisy, wet, and cold. We supply rain gear, ear and eye protection; it is up to you to supply your own waterproof boots.
