Job description

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to help clients with preparing and reviewing their individual, corporate, and partnership returns and will have strong interpersonal skills to enable them to work with clients and numerous professionals in our firm. Compensation : 35 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and review tax returns
  • Research tax law to assure compliance with federal and state tax codes
  • Service minded and motivated to help clients
  • Meeting with clients
  • Develop tax & business strategies
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Successfully completed the uniform CPA examination by the AICPA and hold CPA certification that complies with the state board of accountancy regulations
  • 5 + years of preparing and reviewing individual, partnership and corporate tax return preparation
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Lacerte Tax software experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask under pressure, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Stable work history
  • Service minded and motivated to help clients
  • PTIN required
