A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to transform marketing strategies into effective automated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead nurturing
Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing automation platform, ensuring efficient workflows and campaign delivery across digital channels
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or certification in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing is a plus
Experience using a marketing automation platform such as Marketo (or similar)
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and basic HTML / CSS for email customization
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journeys, and campaign metrics
Familiarity with data-driven marketing, testing methodologies, and reporting tools
