• Deliver individualized, holistic care to patients and their families, supporting progress toward personalized health goals
• Conduct prehensive nursing assessments, and develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic care plans
• Ensure safety and quality in all interventions aimed at improving patient outes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and access additional resources to manage plex or high-risk patient scenarios
• Act as a patient and family advocate to promote excellent care experiences
• Provide age-specific care tailored to the diverse needs of the assigned patient population
