About the Role :

As a Member Experience Associate , youll be the first point of contact for Kiln members and guests, responsible for ensuring the space operates smoothly and delivers a top-tier member experience. Youll support the Community Director by managing operations, facilitating communication, and providing administrative assistance to help Kilns community thrive.
