Qualifications :

Education : B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required

Licensure : Current Pharmacist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Experience :

Inpatient / Acute Care experience within the last 3 years

Intravenous (IV) compounding and pharmacotherapy management

Prior experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting preferred

Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred

Technical Skills : Epic (required)

Pyxis and Carousel System experience preferred
