Job Summary

Balance, LLC, America’s Services Company For Contractors, is always looking for experienced Insurance Restoration Estimators in Indianapolis, IN. Our estimating team reviews, administrates, drafts and communicates about complex residential and commercial property construction job files nationwide. We are committed to hiring experienced, professional, career-oriented estimators who are looking for a collaborative team environment and an exceptionally strong culture that recognizes quality work.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our Insurance Restoration Estimators use Xactimate software and other estimating softwares to administratively create residential and commercial roof, siding and gutter estimates as well as water and fire restoration job file estimates. The team reviews client submitted projects to confirm that the full scope of the project is included in the Xactimate Estimate and administers the file accordingly. Our estimators work with the Sales and Support departments to set proper expectations for our customers throughout the construction job file process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Insurance Restoration Industry Experience 1+
• Xactimate experience preferred, but not required
