Recruiting Manager
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance, to secure top talent. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and develop innovative hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve and scale our processes. Build teams that reflect Stoke's culture and drive our mission forward.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, and operations roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for niche and high-demand technical roles. Proven track record of hiring with speed and quality through strong hiring manager partnerships. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred.

Target Levels : Level 2 Range : $74,400 - $114,500. Level 3 Range : $95,500 - $143,200.
