About This Role :
Pacha Soap Co. is on a mission to create natural, sustainable products that not only benefit our customers but also make a positive impact on the world. The Production Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility to ensure we safely produce high-quality products, on time and in full, while continuously improving our processes and people. This role oversees production teams, coordinates resources, and partners closely with other key leaders within Operations, Supply Chain, and the Commercial Team to deliver against safety, quality, service, cost, and people metrics.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, floor-present leader who can balance structure and discipline with flexibility and creativity in building the business.
Key Responsibilities :
Safety, Quality, and Compliance
- Champion a strong safety culture; ensure all employees follow safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Own adherence to GMPs, quality standards, and documentation requirements (batch records, line checks, etc.).
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions, reduce scrap, rework, and consumer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and company standards.
