About the Role

As a

Product Designer

at Aspect, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape the future of our platform. You'll drive the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our solutions are not only visually compelling but also intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.

What you'll do at Aspect

Contribute to strategy and decision-making about product direction

Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product opportunities and user needs

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and research teams

Design and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Design and ship high-quality product improvements

Conduct user research to identify pain points and apply a user-centered approach to problem solving

Work with design systems to maintain design consistency, contribute to improving and expanding

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience at a product-driven tech company

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions with a clear design process

Strong understanding of visual design principles, information architecture, and interaction design

Fluency with Figma is required

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions

Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end

Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems

Previous experience in early-stage startups is a strong plus
