Job description

A-List Therapy Group is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to treat patients in the Home Health setting. A-List Therapy is Therapist owned and operated so we understand what it takes to be in the field.

Physical Therapist Job Description / Requirements :

  • Evaluation / Treatment of Patients in their home. Driving is involved in this position.
  • Assist in evaluating the level of function and in developing the plan of care.
  • Evaluate the home environment and makes appropriate recommendations
  • This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit. Potential to make $150,000- 180,000 yearly.

    • We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA : such as Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, Gardena, Torrance, Hawthorne, Long Beach, East LA, Down-Town LA, South LA, Glendale, Eagle rock, Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, Burbank, Diamond Bar, West Covina, arcadia.

    Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County : Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Diamond Bar, Rialto, Riverside, Colton, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Newport.

    Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • Current CA Physical Therapy (PT) License
  • Valid California Driver's License / with transportation insurance

    • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem

    Pay : $95.00 - $120.00 per visit
