As a Contracts Representative II here at ConverDyn, you will handle all facets of contract formation from the point of offer acceptance including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, of customer agreements. You ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and ConverDyn business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. You will administer all of ConverDyn polices to ensure they are compliant and upto date.
In this role, you will impact ConverDyn's contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.As a Contracts Representative II here at Honeywell, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks to support our business units and corporate functions. The salary range for this position is ($65,400.00 - $81,800.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
