What You'll Do :

  • Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and explore
  • Maintain strong communication and partnerships with families
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive and professional work culture
  • Ensure compliance with all EEC regulations and health & safety guidelines

Qualifications :

  • Current MA EEC Certification  (Infant, Toddler, and / or Preschool)
  • Experience working in a licensed childcare center preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality early childhood education
