Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Account Executive to service a Midwest territory for our client in the wound care management space. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years sales experience in SaaS and preferably experience in the healthcare industry. You will be working with a team of mixed seniority with an opportunity to mentor more junior team members.
The right person for this role is a sales hunter—a go getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is KPI driven. This person needs to have a background in multi process sales cycles—from prospecting leads to closing deals—working with multiple stakeholders and managing 30-40 outreaches per day. This is a hybrid position reporting into office twice per week. This position pays a 80-100K salary and commissions
Key Responsibilities
Drive Individual Sales Performance : Execute full-cycle SaaS sales across a Midwest territory, including prospecting, outreach (30–40 daily), stakeholder engagement, and closing deals.Manage Multi-Stakeholder Sales Cycles : Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring alignment and momentum throughout the cycle.Track and Achieve KPIs : Maintain a KPI-driven approach to outreach, pipeline development, and revenue generation, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with client needs and company goals.Contribute to Team Culture : Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment by leading through example and promoting accountability and ownership.
