Financial Clearance Representative

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative (AR) to manage pre-service insurance reviews for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inquiries and concerns related to insurance, ensuring accuracy in processing accounts

Take calls from patients and insurance companies to resolve complex insurance issues

Meet Key Performance Indicators for accuracy in navigating health plans and handling calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required

Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred

Familiarity with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications is preferred

Working knowledge of medical billing and coding is preferred

Prior work experience in a medical office and / or understanding of health insurance is preferred
