Server/Bartender

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A SERVER/BARTENDER

As a Server/Bartender, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your excellent hospitality by providing exceptional hospitality and service to our valued guests.

Your responsibilities will include guiding guests through the menu, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food to guests and serve or create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with enthusiasm and efficiency. Knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system is essential to efficiently process orders and payments. Familiarity with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code are necessary to provide seamless service. Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards is essential. You will be responsible for adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures.

Alongside your bartending duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining stock and supplies, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the bar, bar equipment and overall cleanliness of the workspace. Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service and good judgment in identifying potentially intoxicated or underage guests are also required.

To be successful in the Server/Bartender position on our team, it is essential to be well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), collaboration, and teamwork are also important qualities, as you will be working closely with co-workers to ensure smooth operations. Being able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrating self-motivation is important in this role.
