We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedQuality Engineerto serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and a vital link to internal stakeholders. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will leverage your strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel, while delivering timely and insightful feedback to customers. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and development.

How you will Contribute :

• Evaluate customer contracts / Terms & Conditions to provide assessments of quality-specific clauses
• Oversee the tracking and analysis of customer performance scorecards for strategic and high-value accounts, ensuring accurate representation of quality metrics and delivery performance
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer representatives during on-site source inspections, ensuring clear communication and alignment on quality expectations
• Support final shipping inspection process, ensuring all materials, components, and final products meet Quality standards and customer specifications
• Serve as the primary lead for managing and resolving customer-issued SCARs, ensuring timely and thorough responses that meet customer expectations and industry standards
• Act as the primary coordinator for customer-mandated First Article Inspections (FAIs) on custom or special programs, ensuring compliance with AS9102 standards or customer-specific requirements
