Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a skilled and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CCC) to join our dedicated in-house rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping residents maximize communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

Provide high-quality evaluations and treatments for residents in our SNF / LTC community

Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional resident care

Document services accurately and timely

What We’re Looking For :

Current SLP / CCC licensure in Ohio

Strong clinical skills and dedication to person-centered care

Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours

Passion for serving the geriatric population
