Job Summary :

The Program Management Director – HR Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving the design, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide HR programs and transformation efforts that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This individual will work closely with HR leadership, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business partners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR strategic initiatives and transformation projects that align with business goals.

Develop and execute change management and communication plans that drive adoption and consistency across the organization.

Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations) and HR Business Partners to maintain an integrated HR roadmap that supports organizational priorities.

Establish and maintain frameworks for tracking program outcomes, milestones, and adoption metrics.

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Salary :

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $135,000.
