Pay Rate :

  • $25 - 28 / hr (based on experience) Position Overview : Join our  Early Intervention (EI) team   in Massachusetts as a  Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) !
  • We're looking for caring professionals who are passionate about helping young children reach developmental milestones through high-quality ABA therapy.
  • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in morning hours and enjoys working closely with infants and toddlers in their natural settings.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Under the supervision of the BCBA, the EI Registered Behavior Technician will : Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 5 and under in home-based or community settings Implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies through play and natural routines Accurately collect and document data on goals and behaviors Support families and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, child-focused, and developmentally sensitive   Why Join Our EI Program?
