Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. / ph3Role Overview / h3pWere hiring a Program Specialist, Talent Management to help run and continuously improve the programs that grow, develop, and retain Notinos. This role sits within the Talent Management team and partners closely with People Partners. Youll be a go-to operator for our performance management cycle, keep our people programs healthy between cycles, facilitate company onboarding, conduct and synthesize exit interviews, and maintain dashboards that help us measure outcomes and ROI. / ph3What Youll Achieve / h3pOwn execution for performance management moments across the year, including timelines, comms drafts, enablement materials, and stakeholder coordination across People Partners and business leaders. / ppMaintain core people programs between cycles, ensuring documentation stays current, processes are followed, and improvements are prioritized and shipped. / ppFacilitate company onboarding : coordinate sessions, track attendance and feedback, and partner with program owners to keep content fresh and impactful. / ppConduct exit interviews and synthesize trends into clear insights and recommended actions for Talent Management and People Partners. / ppBuild and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes; use data to inform experiments and demonstrate ROI. / ppPartner closely with Talent Management and People Partner teams to land change management and manager enablement content across the company. / ppTriage requests in the #people-ask Slack channel to ensure theyre routed promptly to the appropriate People Partner or TM owner; surface recurring themes and close the loop on resolutions. / ppDrive crisp, inclusive communications and guides that make it easy for managers and employees to do the right thing. / ph3Skills Youll Need to Thrive / h3pProgram operations. You can run multi-step processes end-to-end with precision, communicate status, and escalate risks early. / ppAnalytical orientation. Comfort with people data, pulling structured insights, and telling a clear story with dashboards. / ppCommunication and facilitation. You write clearly, structure enablement content, and are comfortable speaking to groups. / ppStakeholder partnership. You build trust with People Partners, Talent Management, managers, and cross-functional teams. / ppContinuous improvement. You find and ship small, high-leverage improvements that compound over time. / ppSystems thinking and tinkerer. Youre curious about how programs connect across the employee journey and partner with others to ship small improvements that make the whole system work better. / ph3Nice to Have / h3pEngaged with AI tools to work more effectively while still applying personal creativity and judgment to build great programs and experiences. / ppExperience supporting performance management, onboarding, engagement, or talent review programs. / ppFamiliarity with HR systems and tooling such as Workday, survey platforms, and BI tools; strong Notion skills. / ppExposure to change management and manager enablement practices. / ph3Qualifications / h3p24+ years in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management, with demonstrated experience running programs or processes. / ppExperience working with confidential employee data and strong judgment on sensitive topics. / ppAbility to work from one of our office hubs on Anchor Days and an additional day each week. / ppNotion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the roles scope and complexity, and the candidates experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. / p / div
