Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. / ph3Role Overview / h3pWere hiring a Program Specialist, Talent Management to help run and continuously improve the programs that grow, develop, and retain Notinos. This role sits within the Talent Management team and partners closely with People Partners. Youll be a go-to operator for our performance management cycle, keep our people programs healthy between cycles, facilitate company onboarding, conduct and synthesize exit interviews, and maintain dashboards that help us measure outcomes and ROI. / ph3What Youll Achieve / h3pOwn execution for performance management moments across the year, including timelines, comms drafts, enablement materials, and stakeholder coordination across People Partners and business leaders. / ppMaintain core people programs between cycles, ensuring documentation stays current, processes are followed, and improvements are prioritized and shipped. / ppFacilitate company onboarding : coordinate sessions, track attendance and feedback, and partner with program owners to keep content fresh and impactful. / ppConduct exit interviews and synthesize trends into clear insights and recommended actions for Talent Management and People Partners. / ppBuild and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes; use data to inform experiments and demonstrate ROI. / ppPartner closely with Talent Management and People Partner teams to land change management and manager enablement content across the company. / ppTriage requests in the #people-ask Slack channel to ensure theyre routed promptly to the appropriate People Partner or TM owner; surface recurring themes and close the loop on resolutions. / ppDrive crisp, inclusive communications and guides that make it easy for managers and employees to do the right thing. / ph3Skills Youll Need to Thrive / h3pProgram operations.
