Position Overview
We are seeking a Selections Coordinator to join our team and manage the client selections process for our custom home and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and detail-oriented — capable of coordinating between clients, vendors, and project managers to keep selections on schedule and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide homeowners through the material and finish selection process (flooring, cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, paint, etc.).
- Schedule and attend client selection meetings with homeowners and vendors.
- Record all selections, specifications, and pricing in Buildertrend for tracking and approvals.
- Communicate selection deadlines, updates, and changes with Project Managers, Estimators, and Suppliers .
- Create and confirm change orders in Buildertrend as needed.
- Coordinate product orders, delivery schedules, and installation timelines .
- Maintain organized documentation and samples for all client selections.
- Support the project team in ensuring selections align with the approved design and budget.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential construction, interior design, or client coordination (required).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred.Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.Valid driver’s license.Compensation & Benefits
