Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding, thermoforming, and auxiliary equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems

Support production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability

Collaborate with operators and engineers to implement process improvements

Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics experience preferred)

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Experience with injection molding machines, conveyors, and robotic systems a plus

Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley preferred)

Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints

Flexibility to work off-shifts or weekends as needed
