Brightwheel is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual who thrives in a process-driven environment to play a key role in supporting our sales reps and customers. You are organized, highly accurate in your work, and take pride in following detailed procedures. You are able to work independently and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time.

What You'll Do In This Contractor Role

• Perform data entry tasks by accurately and efficiently inputting and ingesting information into Brightwheel's product
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions with full compliance
• Maintain clear records of orders and tasks completed
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure smooth order processing
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
