Agricultural Loan Officer — Harrison County, Missouri (Community Bank)

A well-established, family-oriented community bank serving Harrison County and the surrounding north Missouri region is seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer to build lasting relationships with local producers and agribusiness clients.
This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, visiting farms and operations, learning firsthand about producers’ needs, and helping them access the financial tools they need to grow and succeed. If you value community, agriculture, and long-term relationships, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a strong portfolio of agricultural and rural loans
Develop new relationships with farmers, ranchers, and local ag businesses
Analyze credit risk, cash flow, and collateral to structure sound loan packages
Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and regulatory compliance
Partner with an experienced credit team and supportive executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in community banking, lending, or agricultural finance
Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm / ranch experience preferred)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, ag economics, or equivalent experience
