Our client, a leading organization in the education and facilities maintenance sector, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the university campus and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : HVAC Technician

Location : Bradenton, FL

Pay Range : $20.46

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Provide HVAC services on dormitory units, including installation, repair, and maintenance of systems and equipment
• Identify repair and replacement needs for HVAC units, including rooftop and outside units
• Assist other skilled trades to ensure smooth operations and maintenance
• Ensure tools and materials are available at the job site for efficient workflow
• Support campus facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff
