We’re a fast-moving commercial real estate brokerage built on hustle, teamwork, and results. We don’t waste time hiding behind emails. We pick up the phone, make things happen, and celebrate wins together.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent who can match that energy. Someone who’s bold, organized, and relentless about turning leads into opportunities. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear, the follow-up that never quits, and the bridge between curiosity and closed deals.

Compensation : $16 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround

What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and new inquiries
  • Make daily outbound calls and texts to nurture and qualify leads
  • Manage the CRM with clean data and consistent follow-up
  • Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, texts, and social media
  • Be part of a small, driven team that supports each other and wins together
  • Qualifications :

  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • Who You Are

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with rejection
  • Consistent, organized, and accountable
  • Thrives in a team environment but is self-motivated to hit goals
  • Work at least 20 hours per week, focused and distraction-free
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a must
