Plumbing Sales Technician

Division : Plumbing

Location : Chicopee, MA

Reports To : Plumbing Manager

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 5 days per week

Employment Status : Full-Time

Pay : $20-25 / hour plus commission

Position Overview :

The Plumbing Sales Technician is responsible for quoting, selling, and installing plumbing projects for customers. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, sales ability, and customer service to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the employee is responsible for invoicing customers and collecting payments.

Primary Responsibilities :

Sales & Quoting :

• Assess customer plumbing needs and provide accurate project quotes.
• Effectively communicate project details, pricing, and benefits to customers to secure sales.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to generate sales opportunities.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record deemed acceptable by company insurance carriers.
