Watch Technician

Job Description

Position Summary :

The Watch Technician must perform professional and technical repairs and refurbishing of Bulgari watches, respecting deadlines. This role also acts as a technical advisor for the reparability of products.

Responsibilities :

• Service and troubleshoot complex watch problems for all timepieces, including, but not limited to quartz, mechanical, & chronograph movements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of how to set, adjust and activate all functions of watches, including final controls. Demonstrate ability to repair / replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases & crowns.
• Implement solutions for repair, such as timing adjustments & cleaning movements.
• Knowledge and ability to use repair tools and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of technical estimates and processes. Demonstrate ability to make a correct diagnosis.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workshop area. Follow all company protocols for securing and storing company and customer-owned merchandise. Follow all company protocols related to destruction of parts.
• Ensure workshop is in constant compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Ensure proper quality of service according to Bulgari standards.
