Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (m / f / d).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events and team collaboration workshops

Coach teams to improve agile maturity and embrace an agile mindset

Remove team-level impediments to maintain focus on high-value work

Required Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in multinational software development

Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and agile practices

Experience in facilitating hybrid, remote, and in-person sessions

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and EasyBI; certifications are a plus
