Your Role

We are seeking a Therapy Program Manager (PT, OT, or SLP) to lead our in-house rehabilitation department. In this dynamic role, you will :

• Oversee the overall management and efficient operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Monitor admissions and treatment schedules.
• Track MDS assessment periods and data.
• Provide administrative supervision and case management.
